Sign into the app on your smartphone (or another smartphone with the app, if necessary).

Tap ‘My Account' at the bottom of your screen; followed by

‘Claims’ (where you’ll find your claims summary).

Tap the ‘New Claim’ button and follow the step by step claim process.
