If you have lost or forgotten your password or you want to change it:
Go to the sign-in screen of the app and tap ‘Forgot your Password?’
Enter your email address and tap the 'Reset Password' button.
Check your email for a verification code.
Immediately return to the app – enter the verification code in the 'Verification Code' field and your new password in the 'New Password' field and tap the 'Reset Password' button.
Now you can sign into the app using your new password.
