We take fraud extremely seriously and make use of various fraud detection measures. We may share data about you with insurers, law enforcement agencies and anti-fraud data providers in order to help prevent and detect fraud.
If you submit a claim, we may request additional information and documentation during the claim process. You are required to provide us with your reasonable assistance in this regard.
You are required to pay the excess for each claim. (The excess amount is specified as part of the quote and in your Policy Schedule.)
If you knowingly commit fraud, we may invalidate your cover and we may not return premiums paid by you. We will not pay fraudulent claims and we will be entitled to recover from you the amount of any fraudulent claim already paid by us.
