Cellphones:

  • The image of the device is taken using the front camera in a mirror to show the screen of the device. The image must be clear and in focus and taken in good light.

Notebooks, PC's, Tablets, and Televisions:

  • The image of the asset is clear and in focus and taken in good light with the screen of the device visible and turned on.

All other assets:

  • The image of the asset is taken in real-time, is clear and in focus, and taken in good light with the whole asset visible.

Selfies: The image must contain the person insuring the asset.

Proof of Purchase: This must be taken in real-time, be clear and in focus and taken in good light.

It is important to note that the photos of your item and you with your item are a requirement for cover – i.e. in order for your cover to be valid and for any claims to be considered, you must take these photos per the instructions displayed when you add your item in the JaSure app.
